Fixate Fitness

Fixate Fitness is a new purpose designed fitness studio right in the heart of Bondi, which is suitable for all fitness levels. Our Gym is equiped with everything you will need to complete a comprehensive and tailored fitness programme. Each workout station has its own bench; squat rack; bars; weights etc. as well as a state-of-the-art digital weight tracking system so clients can log the weights they are lifting and track their progression. This means no sharing of equipment during your workout, so no waiting for someone else to finish with something you want to use.
Here at Fixate Fitness we value technique over intensity.  Our training plans are tailored and unique to each individual. We aim to deliver achievable fitness goals that you can fixate on!  Our dedicated and experienced trainers will guide and support you to help you reach your potential. 
We believe in the personal aproach to training, so we do NOT run circuits or large groups. Instead, we offer Private and Semi-Private Personal Training. This takes the guess work out of going to the gym. Small groups mean we can make sure each client is using equipment safely and correctly, and our trainers can spend time with each individual, perfecting technique.


Private Personal Training

Private personal training is a one-to-one personal training service. Our trainers will work closley with you to develop an individualy tailored programme to perfectly suit your needs.  We will provide advice, support, and encouragement, as well as accountability.
Our Private Personal Training sessions can be conducted in our main studio area or we also have private training rooms where you can workout with your trainer in privacy if you so wish. You will have access to all of the state-of-the-art equipment in our studio, and the advice and guidance of your trainer on how to properly and safely use this equipment. Our trainers will provide you with all the knowledge and skills you will need throughout your fitness journey to reach your goals. We will work with you to build a mindset which will help you achieve optimal results.


Semi-Private Personal Training

Semi-Private personal training is ideal for those who would like the benefits of private personal training but at an affordable price, in a small group environment. Our semi-private personal training groups have a maximum of 6 participants at a time, are based around strength training, and teach effective and proper technique.  You will train with like-minded individuals in a fun and challenging group environment.
The small group means that each client will get plenty of one-to-one attention from the trainer, and therefore experience high quality training, with measurable results. These sessions are suitable for everyone, regardless of fitness levels. Everyone in the group will work on the same training plan, and the plans will change every four weeks. Sessions are pre-planned, scalable, and affordable. Our trainers will work with you to help you reach your fitness goals.

DANIELLE

I have worked in the Health & Fitness industry for almost a decade now, and I can safely say I love my job! More importantly, I love helping people achieve results.
Over the course of my career I have refined my fitness strategy to provide the best results for my clients, and while doing so making sure they are having fun and enjoying the gym. I learned very early on that if you enjoy your workout you are more likely to stick with it.
With that in mind, our fixate programmes are all about building amazing habits and having fun while doing so. The thing I love most about about what I do, is seeing how people transform when they incorporate exercise into their lifestyle, not just physically but also mentally.

LAURENCE

Health & Fitness is a huge part of my life. My passion is to help people change their lives in the most simple and realistic way possible. I believe that everyone deserves the right to be happy with themselves not just on the outside but also the inside.
Being a physique competitor myself, I know exactly what it means to push the body to extreme, experience cravings and struggle both physically and mentally while undergoing a body transformation.
It is this knowledge that puts me in a position where I can understand the needs of my clients, and allows me to empathise with them when things get tough.
